They knew the uniqueness of my home was going to make selling it a challenge, but they were up for the challenge. With Alex's realtor knowledge and Zach's tech savy skills and energy, they complement each other well and get the job done. From the beginning, they gave me realistic expectations of the process and what to expect as an outcome. They didn't sugar coat anything. If I had a question (and I had lots, and some repeats), they were there to patiently explain things in a way that I would understand them. If they didn't know the answer, and they would honestly say they didn't know, they quickly found it. If they didn't answer the phone/text right away, it wasn't long before I would hear back from one of them, even on late evenings, holidays and weekends. We worked together as a team. They cared about doing the best job and getting the best result (which they did). They sold my home for more than what I think any of us ever expected. I would highly recommend hiring them for all of your realtor needs. They are rising stars who will do great things. You won't be disappointed in hiring them.
