These values shaped my work ethic early on, leading me to balance college during the day while working nights at UPS, gaining firsthand experience in dedication and perseverance.
After college, I transitioned into tech sales, where I expanded my skill set beyond customer-facing roles to business-to-business sales. This experience deepened my understanding of relationship-building—not just with clients, but also with other businesses and industry professionals. I quickly realized that strong relationships are the foundation of success, especially in real estate.
In 2020, like many others, I took a step back to reflect on my career path and future goals. I saw an opportunity to turn my passion for helping people and my love for technology into a business of my own, making the leap into real estate.
Understanding the importance of collaboration, I’ve built a strong network of lenders, inspectors, and transaction managers—ensuring that my clients have a seamless and well-supported experience when buying or selling a home. Having the right connections streamlines the process, reduces stress, and helps my clients make informed decisions with confidence.
My first year in real estate was a success, and just a year in, I was recruited to join what is now the top-performing team in our brokerage. During this time, I gained invaluable experience, learning from top agents how to navigate the market, build strong industry connections, and ultimately help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Today, I’m proud to be part of EXIT Realty, a brokerage with over 300 agents and three offices across the DMV. My background in sales, relationship-building, and technology-driven strategies allows me to provide my clients with a personalized, well-informed, and smooth experience—whether they are first-time homebuyers, looking to upgrade, or selling their current home.
